Prior to your dog/s' first day of attendance with us, all customers must print off, read, complete, date, sign & return a "New Customer Form" to a K9 Country Club member of staff.

By returning the completed "New Customer Form" to K9 Country Club, the owner agrees to all Terms & Conditions on the "Terms & Conditions Document" linked to this webpage.
